• Help run daily news programs by coordinating scripts and live remotes with anchors and field reporters.
• Coordinate incoming & outgoing video to local NBC affiliates.
• Field produce with DC Bureau. Here are a few stories I helped produce:
– Covered the Supreme Court ruling on Texas abortion laws in June 2016.
– Interviewed the then Chief White House Counsel for Barack Obama, Neil Eggleston, when Obama granted a record number of commutations in August 2016.
• Edit basic audio and video when needed.

PBS NEWSHOUR [ Broadcast News Assistant ] • September 2015 – March 2016
Pre-interviewed and booked guests for National and Foreign Affairs beats, provided research for producers & anchors, transcribed video & audio interviews, obtained archived and day-of footage using Reuters, APTN and ABC NewsOneNet, and pitched/wrote online stories.
